About You
- Bachelor's degree desired, no prior experience required in a GMP environment. Associates degree with experience will be considered.
- Strong understanding of analytical methods, quality control testing, and documentation practices.
- Demonstrated proficiency in standard laboratory techniques and equipment operation.
- Experience with analytical instrumentation such as pH measurement.
- Strong technical writing skills for SOPs, batch records, record keeping and investigation reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and laboratory information systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams.
- Ability to work various schedules including potential overtime when needed.
- Physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds and work in laboratory/manufacturing environments.
- English language proficiency required.
- Preferred Fields of Study: Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related scientific field.
- Working knowledge of GMP, GDP, and other relevant regulatory requirements desired.
- Additional languages beneficial.
