About You
Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in SaaS delivery or solution design.
- Strong understanding of APIs, systems integration, and technical architecture.
- Proven ability to lead complex technical engagements with large enterprise customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on strategic, scalable solutions.
Preferred:
- A degree or minor in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with workflow automation, RPA, or enterprise integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Workato).
- Background in consulting, solution architecture, or technical customer success.
