About the Role
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will be responsible for integrating the platform with legacy APIs, financial systems, and telephony stacks. Your tasks will include debugging production issues, writing custom tooling, and building deployment automation. You will work closely with customers to understand their environments but will primarily focus on solving technical problems rather than customer success.
About You
Required:
- Strong engineering fundamentals and ability to quickly learn unfamiliar systems.
- Experience working in high-constraint environments with legacy codebases and incomplete documentation.
- Full-stack capability and willingness to work on any part of the stack.
- Experience deploying software into environments you do not control.
- Ability to tackle hard problems in production.
