Summary

About the Role
As a Foster Care Licensing Specialist, you will coordinate recruitment activities, develop strategic plans to attract qualified candidates, respond to inquiries, and ensure compliance with licensing requirements. You will conduct interviews, background checks, and home inspections, maintain foster parent files, and support the placement process. Additionally, you will attend meetings, provide support to treatment teams, and ensure the safety and well-being of youth in care.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, childhood education, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of work experience in a Child Placing Agency or Non-Profit Agency.
Preferred:
- One to two years of experience in Resource Development/Foster Parent Recruitment and Retention.
- Experience in marketing, fundraising, and event coordination.
