About the Role
As a Foster Care Licensing Specialist, you will coordinate recruitment activities, develop strategic plans to attract qualified candidates, respond to inquiries, assist with the certification process, conduct interviews and home inspections, maintain compliance with regulations, and support the treatment team to ensure the safety and well-being of youth in care.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, childhood education, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of work experience in a Child Placing Agency or Non-Profit Agency.
Preferred:
- One to two years of experience in Resource Development/Foster Parent Recruitment and Retention.
- One year of marketing, fundraising, and event coordination experience.
- One to five years of experience in full cycle recruiting in a professional environment.
