About the Role
As a Foundation Operations Manager, you will supervise the annual giving specialist and data entry staff while managing a portfolio of 60-80 assigned donors. Your responsibilities include overseeing data integrity in Raiser’s Edge, managing charitable contributions, and leading data analysis and reporting efforts. You will also conduct donor relationship activities, evaluate appeal responses, and collaborate with various teams to enhance fundraising efforts.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- A minimum of 5 years fundraising/development experience or 5+ years of membership management, sales, marketing, or public relations experience in a non-profit organization.
Preferred:
- CFRE certification encouraged.
- Valid Florida Driver’s License.
