About the Role
As a Founding AI Engineer, you will be responsible for developing AI agents for auto-emailing, calling, web scraping, and deep research. You will improve accuracy and reduce hallucinations in LLM-powered features, design scalable AI workflows, and work with real customer data to identify automation opportunities. Additionally, you will build evaluation systems to measure AI performance and collaborate with product and ops teams to deliver impactful AI features.
About You
Required:
- Experience building and deploying AI / LLM systems in production.
- Strong proficiency in Python and modern AI/LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.).
- Deep understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, and techniques to improve LLM accuracy.
- Experience with AI agents, tool calling, and autonomous systems.
- Comfort with full-stack development and shipping features end-to-end.
Preferred:
- Experience building AI web agents or browser automation systems.
- Zero-to-one AI product development experience.
- Familiarity with evaluation frameworks and AI observability tools.
- Published research or contributions to open-source AI projects.
