About the Role
As a Founding Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for writing and optimizing high-quality blogs, managing the content calendar, overseeing social media and PR presence, creating supporting content like case studies and reports, building AI workflows, and contributing to visuals. You will track and learn from SEO, AEO, and social performance metrics to scale impact.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in content writing or SEO in B2B SaaS or tech.
- Strong writing and editing skills in creating unique POVs for thought leadership.
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and a growing curiosity for AEO best practices.
- Familiarity with SEMRush, Ahrefs or similar content optimization tools.
- Experience managing social media pages and repurposing content for engagement.
- Comfort using AI tools or workflows to improve efficiency and consistency.
- A proactive, self-starting mindset.
Preferred:
- Experience with Figma for creating graphics, visuals, social posts, or layouts.
- Excitement to build from zero and collaborate closely with leadership.
