About the Role
As a Founding Engineer, you will be the fourth engineer on the team, working closely with the CTO and other founding engineers. Your responsibilities will include shipping features to production daily and owning product areas from concept to deployment. You will be involved in creating fully agentic systems that automate complex workflows in a fast-paced and impactful environment.
About You
Required:
- Very strong software engineering background with experience in TypeScript and React.
- Strong practical experience working with AI, ideally with experience coding with AI and LLM APIs.
- Startup mindset with high agency, resourcefulness, and a focus on creating value.
Preferred:
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Ability to take full ownership of projects and iterate based on customer feedback.
