About the Role
As a Founding Forward Deployed Engineer, you will help shape the charter and workflows of the Forward Deployed Engineering function. Your responsibilities include mapping out workflows with customers, designing and productionizing custom workflows, integrating workflows with client systems, and operationalizing adoption through training and documentation. You will also surface field patterns to inform platform capabilities and future product development.
About You
Required:
- 2+ years building and operating production software with meaningful ownership and the ability to operate under ambiguity.
- Experience building LLM-powered applications and taking them to production.
- Comfort working directly with customers from scoping ambiguous problems to shipping and iterating on adoption.
- Practical experience with evals to drive model/product decisions.
- Clear, concise communication and low-ego collaboration.
