About You
Required:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- 1+ years as a tech lead or engineering manager.
- Experience building products at scale (1M+ users).
- Comfort working across the stack (e.g., React, TypeScript, APIs, infra).
- Strong product instincts and user empathy.
- Experience in early-stage environments.
Preferred:
- Background in consumer crypto, gaming, or embedded SDKs.
