Summary
Dynamism is seeking a Founding Frontend Engineer to join their team in San Francisco, CA. The role involves shaping the frontend foundation of an AI recruiting platform that conducts live interviews autonomously.
About the Role
As a Founding Frontend Engineer, you will take real ownership of the product, influencing product decisions and collaborating directly with the founders. You will work on the candidate-facing interview experience, employer dashboards, fraud and integrity systems, and ensure a high-quality multilingual experience across various ATS integrations.
About You
Required:
- Strong frontend experience in React and TypeScript.
- Clear evidence of ownership in previous roles.
- Strong product judgment and a high quality bar.
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and making decisions quickly.
- Startup energy and a bias toward action.
- Based in SF or ready to relocate — fully in-person.
Preferred:
- Experience at early-stage startups or as a founding engineer.
- Interest in real-time systems, performance, or low-latency interfaces.
- Comfort going deep on the backend when the problem demands it.
