Summary
Zywa is seeking a Founding GTM Lead to build and run their US go-to-market engine from the ground up in San Francisco, CA. This hands-on, founder-track role involves selling, designing the motion, and shaping how the company wins its first several million in ARR.
About the Role
As a Founding GTM Lead, you will own the end-to-end GTM motion in the US, including ICP definition, segmentation, outreach strategy, and field feedback loops. You will carry a quota, manage deals from prospecting to close, build and manage pipeline across various channels, craft and refine messaging and pitch materials, run discovery and demos, set up the early revenue stack, and partner with product and engineering to translate customer feedback into the roadmap. Additionally, you will help hire and coach the first AEs/SDRs and marketing or partnerships hires as the company scales.
About You
Required:
- 2+ years in B2B SaaS or AI with a track record of closing complex deals and meaningful quota attainment.
- Experience as a first or very early GTM/sales hire or in a role where you built a motion in a new segment/product from scratch.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Consulting experience with a bias to roll up sleeves instead of making presentations.
- Data-driven and experiment-oriented mindset.
