About the Role
As a Founding Product Designer, you will own the entire product design process, including user journeys, interaction design, and visual language. You will partner with engineering and product teams to simplify complex workflows into intuitive experiences and build a cohesive design system that scales across products. Additionally, you will shape and nurture the design culture at FurtherAI while working in-person from the San Francisco office.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years designing products.
- Proven ability to turn complex user problems into elegant solutions.
- Strong communication skills - able to clearly explain design decisions.
Preferred:
- Experience in consumer/prosumer startups.
