About the Role
As a Founding Software Engineer (Full-Stack), you will architect the Node.js / Next.js / TypeScript and Supabase stack, design schemas, and create event-driven backends. You will build systems of agents for LLM workflows, develop intuitive product interfaces for human-agent interactions, and collaborate on technical strategies to scale the product effectively.
About You
Required:
- Experience as a full-stack builder who has shipped to production, particularly with NextJS apps and event-based systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and adapt to dynamic priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Preferred:
- Previous experience as a founder or founding engineer.
- Genuine curiosity about agentic product experiences and the impact of AI on engineering users.
- Strong problem-solving skills and perseverance.
