Summary
Zip Co is seeking an FP&A Lead to join their team in Manhattan, New York. The role involves driving financial insights and decision-making across Total Transaction Value (TTV), Revenue, and Cost of Sales in a high-growth BNPL environment.
About the Role
As an FP&A Lead, you will develop and maintain dynamic forecasts and scenario models, deliver timely financial reporting and analysis, prepare executive-level financial reporting packages, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with go-to-market strategies. You will also perform complex financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting to support long-term planning and decision-making processes.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Investment Banking, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven ability to integrate key BNPL, Payments, and/or Lending metrics into forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning.
Preferred:
- Understanding of key BNPL, Payments, and/or Lending metrics including Total Transaction Value (TTV), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and cohort profitability.
- Experience in developing financial models and providing strategic solutions in a BNPL, payments, or lending environment.
