As a Franchise Business Partner, you will be responsible for on-site training and coaching in sales growth opportunities, maintaining company standards of food safety and quality, conducting monthly store visits and inspections, training staff for new location openings, and effectively representing the company brand. You will lead and inspire staff, ensuring a strong work ethic and a commitment to personal and professional growth.
About You
Required:
- 3-5 years of food related experience; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of food safety best practices and regulations.
- Organized with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.
Preferred:
- Ability to lead in company standards and best practices.
- Experience operating sushi bars and training others in proper operations.
- Goal oriented and results driven.
