About the Role
As a participant in the Franchise Owner Development Program, you will engage in intensive training on franchise operations, leadership, and sales strategy. You will develop a comprehensive business plan, shadow top-performing agents, and have the opportunity to operate as the Owner of a Goosehead Franchise upon successful completion of the program. Your role will also involve recruiting and leading a sales team, executing market penetration strategies, and building strategic partnerships.
About You
Required:
- MBA degree completed within the past 24 months.
- Experience in leadership roles (academic, extracurricular, or professional).
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in sales, consulting, finance, or business operations.
- Demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship, business ownership, or franchise models.
Benefits
- Salary equivalent to four weeks of full-time employment, based on an annualized salary of $65,000.
- Training completion bonus of $15,000, contingent on successful completion of MBA Development Program.
