About the Role
As a Freight Claims & Freight Analyst, you will identify, investigate, and file international freight claims, manage documentation and communication with carriers, analyze freight issues, and support continuous improvement in transportation processes. You will also prepare reports on claim status and carrier performance, monitor aging invoices, and maintain industry knowledge.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in freight claims or a related area.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong decision-making abilities and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with SAP.
