About the Role
As a Front Desk Associate, Physical Therapy, you will be responsible for greeting patients, checking them in, collecting demographic and insurance information, scheduling appointments, and performing various clerical duties. You will also handle co-payments, maintain patient records, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Your role will require effective communication with patients and clinical staff, as well as teamwork to maintain workflows within the department.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Customer service experience and excellent communication skills required.
- Basic computer skills required, preferably in a Windows environment.
- Must maintain CPR certification.
Preferred:
- Experience with medical management or scheduling systems.
- Knowledge of medical terminology or previous medical office experience.
