About the Role

As a Front Desk Coordinator/Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, managing office supplies, coordinating internal meetings, and maintaining common office spaces. You will also assist HR with onboarding schedules and ensure compliance with office protocols.

About You

Required:

High School graduate, Associate’s degree preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2+ years of professional experience in an office environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of data and information.

Preferred:

Prior experience in a fast-paced environment with ability to multi-task and prioritize.
High attention to detail and deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
