- Previous roles in reception, customer service, or office administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling software.
- Strong time management, multitasking, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to handle issues calmly and professionally.

- Professionalism and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency with office software (MS Office).
