About the Role
As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will balance leadership and guest service, helping to create memorable stays while supporting your team with training, coaching, and day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include leading by example in providing outstanding guest service, supporting front desk operations, resolving guest concerns, training and motivating front desk clerks, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, coordinating with Housekeeping and Maintenance, maintaining a clean front desk environment, and upholding company policies and safety standards.
About You
Required:
- 1–3 years of front desk experience and leadership experience within hospitality.
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead a team, resolve issues, and keep morale high.
- Computer proficiency and prior cash-handling experience.
- Dependability, professionalism, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
