About the Role
As a Front Line Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the productivity of a team of up to 25 union-covered employees. Your duties will include assigning daily tasks, collaborating with peers across shifts, utilizing performance metrics, managing costs, and implementing process improvements. You will also be responsible for employee relations and ensuring compliance with the local production union Collective Bargaining Agreement.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics or a related discipline preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- 2 years production or manufacturing experience.
- Military experience preferred.
- Experience managing a unionized workforce.
- Training in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
