Tessera is seeking a Front Line Section Lead to join their team in Lakewood, Washington. The role involves overseeing issue/turn-in clerks and ensuring all OCIE issue and turn-in operations are performed accurately and safely.
About the Role
As a Front Line Section Lead, you will provide daily leadership and guidance to issue/turn-in clerks, monitor work quality, train employees on procedures, maintain accurate OCIE records, and support team performance through coaching and oversight. You will also be responsible for completing required supervisory documentation and tracking daily attendance.
About You
Required:
3-5 years in retail or warehouse operations, with supervisory experience strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of supply management procedures, warehouse operations, and cargo distribution.
Demonstrated team leadership or collaborative management experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Clear and effective communication skills.
Preferred:
Ability to read and interpret productivity and quality reports.
