About the Role
As a Front Office/Medical Receptionist, you will greet patients and visitors, schedule appointments, maintain patient records, handle incoming calls, and support clinical staff. You will play a crucial role in creating a compassionate atmosphere and ensuring efficient operations within the healthcare facility.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year or more of experience working in a Healthcare setting preferred, but will consider candidates with a strong Customer Service background in Retail Hospitality, Call Centers, etc.
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and highly organized
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
Preferred:
- Value-based care model experience
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology
- Experience with EMR Systems (Electronic Medical Records)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
