About the Role
As a Front Office & Eligibility Coordinator, you will be responsible for patient reception, appointment scheduling, registration, eligibility screening, and managing cash collections. You will work with a multi-disciplinary team to provide excellent customer service and maintain the front office's efficiency.
About You
Required:
- Strong customer service skills and experience in a front office environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a friendly demeanor.
Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare settings, particularly in patient registration and eligibility processes.
- Familiarity with Medi-Cal, CalFresh, and other health programs.
