As a Front Office Coordinator, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff. Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, managing patient information, facilitating communication between patients and medical staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front office.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Knowledge of MS Office and Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
Preferred:
- Medical reception experience preferred.
- Knowledge of standard clinic practices, policies, and procedures.
