Summary
SENTA ENT and Allergy Physicians is seeking a Front Office Coordinator to join their team in Suwanee, GA. The role involves serving as the first point of contact for patients and managing front office tasks to ensure efficient operation of the practice.
About the Role
As a Front Office Coordinator, you will greet and check-in patients, manage appointment scheduling, answer phone calls, collect and verify patient information, maintain patient records, process payments, coordinate communication between staff, and support administrative needs while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Knowledge of MS Office and Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
Preferred:
- Medical reception experience preferred.
- Knowledge of standard clinic practices, policies, and procedures.
