About You
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- At least one year of experience working as a Front Office Receptionist or in a Front Office setting.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English/Spanish verbally and in writing.
- Intermediate knowledge of computers and Windows environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Completion of college coursework.
- Experience supervising front office staff.
- Experience managing a large volume of administrative tasks.
- Process improvement experience.
- Experience with EPIC Electronic Health Records.
