About the Role
As a Front Office Specialist, you will collaborate with center staff to schedule patients for clinical treatments, ensure the availability of resources and supplies, and possess knowledge of revenue cycle components including registration, billing, collections, and denials. You will also perform audits to ensure documentation supports reimbursement.
About You
Required:
- High School Degree or GED.
- Recent experience in acute care, home health, or provider office.
Preferred:
- Associate Degree related to Business.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Experience working in Wound Care and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Outpatient Center.
- Training in EPIC Electronic Health Record (EHR).
