About the Role
As a Front Office Supervisor, you will assist the Office Manager and Doctor in managing front office operations, support scheduling and appointment confirmations, monitor patient flow, handle insurance verifications and billing, train front desk staff, maintain HIPAA compliance, resolve patient concerns, and generate productivity reports. You will also step into leadership roles when necessary.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 2 years of dental office experience (front desk or management).
- Proficiency in dental software (e.g., Dentrix).
- Strong understanding of insurance plans and billing procedures.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA standards.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
