About the Role
About You
- 1–3 years of industry software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript and React.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, styled-components, etc.).
- Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, or similar).
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with Next.js or other React frameworks.
- Familiarity with real-time features (WebSockets, server-sent events).
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright).
- Understanding of accessibility (WCAG standards).
- Experience with performance optimization and profiling tools.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
- Production experience with TypeScript.
- Open-source contributions.
- Interest in UI/UX design principles.
- Experience building collaborative or interactive visual tools.
