About the Role
As a Frozen Warehouse Order Selector/Picker, you will be responsible for selecting stock to fill customer orders, reading order requirements, ensuring order accuracy, building pallets for shipping, and safely operating equipment. You will work in a low temperature environment and must demonstrate dependability, efficiency, and attention to detail.
About You
Required:
- Must be at least 18 years old and have a High School diploma or equivalent.
- Able to read and speak English.
- Able to lift 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
- Able to stand, walk, lift and bend for extended periods of time.
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screening test.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Preferred:
- Prior warehouse experience.
- Ability to adapt and demonstrate flexibility.
- Ability to communicate and use teamwork to achieve goals.
