About the Role
As a Manager in the Customer Service team, you will operationalize business strategies and transform supply chain functions for insurance clients. Your responsibilities include supervising and coaching teams, managing client service accounts, analyzing complex problems, and implementing operational improvements. You will also foster a culture of continuous improvement and maintain high standards of integrity in client interactions.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of combined experience in Consulting and the Insurance industry
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Banking and Insurance, Business Administration/Management, Economics, or related fields
- Experience in operationalizing business strategies for Insurance clients
- Experience in transforming supply chain functions
- Ability to manage complex business initiatives
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Experience in delivering strategic and creative business results
- Ability to encourage innovation and team development
- Experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative benchmarking
- Experience in developing Insurance thought leadership
