About the Role
As a Senior Manager, you will serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging your knowledge to drive project success while fostering top-performing teams and maintaining operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include refining processes to enhance operational effectiveness, building and maintaining client relationships, innovating solutions to meet evolving client needs, and ensuring adherence to professional standards in project delivery.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 7 years of experience
Preferred:
- Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience in leading consulting engagements on the OverIT Solutions software platform
- Subject-matter knowledge in the Power & Utilities sector
- Experience managing project economics including budgets and resource planning
- Strong communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders
- Ability to build and leverage client relationship networks
- Experience encouraging innovation and diverse viewpoints in teams
- Experience providing coaching and support to less-experienced staff
