As a Fulfillment Center Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 10-30 associates, managing time tracking and performance metrics, driving operational efficiency, and maintaining a safe work environment. You will also collaborate with other supervisors to achieve broader operational goals.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years of warehouse operations experience in areas such as replenishment, receiving, outbound, inventory, or special projects.
- 1+ years of supervisory or lead experience with a proven track record of motivating and training teams.
- Experience with WMS, OMS, Excel, and other Office applications.
- High School diploma or GED.
Preferred:
- Experience utilizing data to support decisions and drive success.
- Prior experience in 3PL operations.
- Prior B2B wholesale experience.
