About the Role
As a Fulfillment Lead, you will lead day-to-day fulfillment activities, mentor and train staff, coordinate with supervisors to resolve workflow challenges, perform administrative functions, ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards, maintain high housekeeping standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for accurate order processing.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 4+ years of fulfillment, logistics, or warehouse experience (manufacturing environment preferred).
- Strong leadership, training, and team coordination skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a lead or mentoring role.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), intranet tools, and MIS systems.
