Magnify is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper with tax experience to join their team in Richmond, VA (Hybrid). The role involves managing day-to-day bookkeeping and tax preparation for multiple clients.

About the Role

As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will handle daily bookkeeping tasks such as journal entries, reconciliations, and accounts payable/receivable. You will maintain accurate financial records, prepare and review individual and business tax returns, identify tax savings opportunities, and ensure compliance with regulations. Additionally, you will collaborate with clients to provide financial clarity and assist with onboarding new clients.

About You

Required:

2+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience.
Experience preparing individual and/or small business tax returns.
Strong attention to detail.
Comfort with accounting/tax software (QuickBooks, Xero, UltraTax, ProSystem, etc.).
Great communication skills.

Preferred:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
