- Strong experience with TypeScript / JavaScript and Node.js (Express or similar).
- Proven ability to design and deliver full-stack features end-to-end.
- Deep experience designing and optimising SQL-based data models.
- Background working in fast-paced, scaling or early-stage environments.
- High ownership mindset with a practical, delivery-focused approach.
- Ability to translate business problems into scalable technical solutions.
