About the Role
As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will own features end-to-end, working across the stack with Java (Spring) on the backend, TypeScript + React on the frontend, and MongoDB for data. You will build new product features that impact shipment pricing, matching, and tracking, while collaborating with Sales, Carrier, and Operations teams. Additionally, you will help shape the technical culture of the startup and write clean, maintainable code.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years of experience as a full-stack or backend engineer.
- Strong command of Java, TypeScript, and React (or similar frameworks).
- Experience building and maintaining production systems end-to-end.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with machine learning, routing optimization, or logistics tech.
