About the Role
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will drive end-to-end development of new features and tools on the AI reliability platform. You will build reusable frontend components and intuitive visualizations for complex AI workflows, work closely with the research team to integrate cutting-edge safety methodologies, and interface directly with customers to understand pain points and optimize user workflows.
About You
Required:
- 4+ years of experience building user-facing applications.
- Skilled in modern web technologies like TypeScript and React.
- Proficient in one or more of Python, Go, or Rust.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., Postgres, MongoDB, Redis).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
Preferred:
- Experience as a product designer or product manager (formally or informally).
- Experience with AI/ML tools.
- Experience with Kubernetes or other container orchestration platforms.
- Experience building LLM-based applications such as chatbots or autonomous agents.
