As a Store Manager in Training, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing store staff, production, sales, and maintenance. Your responsibilities will include training staff, participating in recruitment, scheduling, ensuring compliance with policies, managing product acquisition and sales processes, and creating a positive shopping experience for customers. You will also assist in recordkeeping and financial procedures, while ensuring the store meets safety and cleanliness standards.

About You

Required:

High School Degree or Equivalent.
2 years of retail experience, thrift experience is a plus.
Valid Driver's License.

Preferred:

Associate's Degree.
Basic computer skills including Point of Sales System.
