About the Role
As a Full-time Float Teller, you will be responsible for processing a variety of financial transactions, operating a teller drawer, recognizing cross-sell opportunities, and developing skills to identify potential fraud. You may also be responsible for bank opening/closing and participating in community events, with travel required between various Macatawa Bank branch locations in West Michigan.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in cash handling or customer service.
- High school degree or GED required.
- Must be available to work all shifts including Saturdays.
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Preferred:
- Experience in a banking or financial services environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
