About the Role
As a Front Desk Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting patients, managing appointments, collecting payments, and ensuring accurate patient information is recorded in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. You will also assist with various administrative tasks, including insurance authorizations and coordinating patient care activities, while exemplifying integrity and customer service excellence.
About You
Required:
- 6+ months of front desk receptionist experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
Preferred:
- Medical Assistant Certificate, vocational nurse license, or related experience.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Flexibility to travel within assigned region.
