About the Role
About You
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio.
- Degree in Nursing from a National League for Nursing-accredited program.
- Minimum of three (3) years clinical experience, including at least one (1) year of documented case management.
- One (1) year experience in a home health agency and healthcare management.
- One (1) year experience working with pediatric clients.
