About the Role
As a Home Health Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for managing clinical and operational elements of the homecare program, achieving targets related to clinical outcomes, productivity, visits per episode, overtime, employee engagement and retention, and budget adherence. You will ensure quality care delivery and support a culture of growth and opportunity within the team.
About You
Required:
- State of Maryland RN License
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- Minimum three years' experience in a skilled homecare agency
- Progressive supervisory or leadership experience
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interface with clients, clinical staff, and team members
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
