About the Role
As a Full Time Nanny, you will be responsible for nurturing and caring for the children, ensuring their safety, planning age-appropriate activities, preparing meals, assisting with daily routines, and maintaining a clean environment. You will also communicate regularly with parents about the children's progress and health, administer basic first aid when necessary, and perform light housekeeping related to the children's care.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma, GED or suitable equivalent experience.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- 2-3 verifiable references.
- 3 plus years of childcare experience, including infant care.
- Successful completion of, or willingness to complete, Mandated Reporter Training and Car Seat Safety Training.
- Active certification for CPR and First Aid.
- Willing to complete a background check.
- Recent physical with a physician and ability to complete the Child Care Staff Health Assessment.
- Valid and clean driver's license and car insurance.
- Ability to provide proof of current vaccinations.
- Proficient knowledge of home safety.
- Sound moral character and kind disposition suitable for caring for children.
Preferred:
- Experience with pets.
- Comfort driving in snow.
