About the Role
As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering in-person infusion care, coordinating with healthcare providers, and ensuring compliance with clinical protocols. Your role will include 80% clinical responsibilities such as administering infusions and communicating with patients, and 20% quality and compliance tasks like onboarding new patients and performing chart audits.
About You
Required:
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Virginia
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient or infusion-based care
- Strong clinical judgment with IV therapy experience
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
Preferred:
- Experience with Medicare documentation and quality/compliance processes
