About the Role
As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), you will assist with patient assessments, deliver treatment, instruct patients and families, and maintain therapy records. You will also participate in team conferences, ensure the availability of supplies, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. The position requires physical capability to lift patients and perform various physical tasks throughout the workday.
About You
Required:
- Successful completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program.
- Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant License to practice in appropriate state(s).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective leadership and customer relations skills.
- Ability to exercise mature judgment with initiative in analyzing and solving problems.
